World Class Infrastructure
The meteoric growth of Hinar Corporation in this business can be attributed to our modern manufacturing setup incorporated with technologically advanced machines. The manufacturing plant has been built in an area of 4000 sq ft with an installed production capacity of 15000 pieces of shawls, scarves, stoles, etc. per day. This is huge numbers in comparison to our close business rivals.
In the plant, we have installed ultra modern machines that have been imported from leading international companies: Some of these are fully automatic jacquard looms for weaving, finishing machines of European and Japanese brand, interlocking machine, etc. We also boast of an in-house design unit incorporated with CAD/CAM facilities. The facility is used by our experts to create design masterpieces.
The entire infrastructure encompasses various departments such as sourcing (dealing in procurement of fabric & accessories), production, quality monitoring, sampling, merchandising, and marketing and product delivery department. In addition, our manufacturing unit comprises of knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, embroidery, sewing and garment wash departments functioning in a well integrated manner.
